Day 1 we interview your team and configure the operator on your scripts, calendar, and CRM. Days 2–6 we run side-by-side tests on real scenarios. Day 7 they go live and we manage them daily from there.
What if the candidate isn’t a fit?
No charge. You interview before placement, and during the first week you can swap candidates or walk away. Once they’re live, you keep the call/chat history regardless.
How does pricing work?
Flat monthly per placement — not per call, message, or lead reactivated. Pricing comes after the interview so we can size the operator to your volume, not before.
Do you integrate with our existing CRM and calendar?
Yes. We plug into your existing stack — we don’t replace it. Common setups: HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, Google/Outlook calendars, Twilio numbers. If something’s niche, we’ll confirm during the interview.
